I went to install a trailer hitch on my '02 Disco, and one of the two bolts nearest the bumper won't tighten up all the way. The nut welded to the other side appears to be stripped...the bolt gets a little tight, and then "pop", it get's loose again. Other than welding to the frame, any suggestions?
