The shift lever to my transfer case is locked up and I was reading that a little PB Blaster on the linkage might free it up. My question is: How do I get to the linkage?

You can try to hit it from below, but you'll most likely just end up blowing PB Blaster in your eyes rather than getting it where it needs to go. Depending on how stuck it is you can use the straw and get under the gaiter on the lever and soak everything, but chances are you'll need to take things apart. Make sure it really is corrosion of the linkage that is causing the problem.
