Its a pain the ass to put it on with the stock alloys since you can't hardly get your arms back there, it would be cake on a swing away. I imagine that putting it on an offset steelie would be alot easier. I mean its a really nice trash bag, kinda cool idea in my opinion. I used it to haul my waders after duck hunting this season, and will probably use it after scuba diving to carry wet gear, it has the drain holes in the bottom. I'd like to see someone fit it on a 35 without the extensions. I had it damn near let all the way out to get on a 275/70/18.

trasharoo looks dumb, but its a great idea, keeps shit outa the truck, not hoggin up any really useful space... The real question: how many crushed beer cans does it hold...

They've got a newer version out now, and it's really starting to grow on me. I can see lots of other uses, besides trash... recovery gear, muddy snow chains, wet/stinky snowboard boots, wet/sandy beach stuff, etc.

But like Lee said, it's going to be a PITA to install on the stock spare carrier. Hmmm might actually be easier to pull the spare, mount the bag, then bolt it back up. I'm thinking a can reach behind the bag to do the lugs easier than I can work the buckles between the tire and rear door.

I mean, its a great concept. Like Stu said, its overpriced for what it is and I think they really didn't do a damn thing to improve the design of how it snaps on. It needs to have the snaps very near the bottom or top, preferably the bottom so you can drop the straps down and hook em up under the tire. If you have offset rims, it's a lot easier. They don't even have to change the design for everyone, maybe just make one that snaps like that for trucks that have a spare on the rear door, but not a swing away. I use it (rarely) to toss random shit in, but not as often as I would because its so hard to get it on, and I don't want to leave it on all the time.

If I hadn't of gotten it in the raffle I wouldn't buy it. I would buy one if they were $25 and they fixed the snaps.
