Traveling Advise...

I will be traveling for work a little over the next 2 months, any one know of any places to have fun in the following 2 areas?

Chelmsford MA 19 - 21 April

San Jose CA 11 - 20 May

Just can't drive there and it looks like I get a compact car while in both places... just looking for things to do.

Any help would be great....

Chelmsford has the belly button lint museum with the naval pickings of many famous and infamous people. You can also go to lounge singers hall of fame, highly recommended.

San Jose has no local attractions what-so-ever. Just stay in the hotel bar and drink.

You can go up to San Fran. There's plenty to do up there. Just go to the piers and have a ball, maybe visit Alcatraz. There ain't shit in San Jose though.

I have been to both places before for training, but was hoping to get a more usefull idea's, although the lint museum sounds fun.


















Just kidding..... I would rather drive north a few miles and test drive a new LR3

That's what I would do.

I'll be near Cincinnati in two weeks for business. We're catching a Reds game.

From San Jose, head west across the Santa Cruz mountains to Santa Cruz (great beach, surfing, etc.), then south to Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur, and beautiful scenery. Avoid San Francisco unless you're trying to empty your wallet. Great restaurants around San Jose and nearby suburbs.

That sounds like fun for the Saturday that I will be out.... I remember a fish market restaraunt that I went to 5 years ago when I was out there, but remembering where it was will be another story.
