I understand the nostalgia of this vehicle, but DAMN! The TReK Discoverys look a thousand times better.
That thing would look sweet lifted with Alan Bates bumpers and sliders. Plus its kind of rare, I don't even remember the last time I've even seen one of those.
But I think all of that "only one in North America" crap is not true...

I saw one at URE3 last year in North Carolina. It was sporting Pennsylvania plates ... and it was heavily 'used.'
I really have to say, I love look of this vehicle. While it won't perform offroad any better than my stock 2000 P38, I love to see an accessorized P38 like this one. It's especially cool that it is a Land Rover special Edition. I miss those.
