How y'all doin. I'm new to this forum, and glad I joined after looking over the website. My first discussion is very long, so bare with me. I have a 2007 LR3 4.4L. It has Johnson Lift Rods that give it 3" front lift and 2.5" rear lift. I also just installed 18x9 Alpha Equipt Echo rims with 33" BFG KO2s. They do rub on extreme 90 degree turning, so I'm having Terrafirma wheel spacers installed today.

Ok. The other thing I also just installed is the Llams Electronic Height Controller. I was lucky enough to find VERY good installation instructions on the BOX app. The instructions that come with the controller are HANDS DOWN the worst installation instructions I've ever had the displeasure of reading, especially the section on how to calibrate the damn thing. The other installation instructions I found are better, but I've tried both the learned calibration and another type of calibration. I can't get it to function right.
The only reason I installed it was so I could set it to offroad height at any speed, and it won't drop to ride height over the usual 30 mph. So, couple of questions:
1) Am I correct in understanding the function I just described.
2) Are the lift rods causing the issue? Will the Llams controller require input of the actual values at each ride height sensor?

The Llams system is definitely doing something. The first time I calibrated it using the learned method. When I took it for a drive, it dropped itself into calibration height mode, meaning it dropped onto its own tires. I turned it off, then back on and it returned to ride height. At offroad height, it was still returning to ride height over 30mph.
The second time I tried to calibrate it, it put itself into extended mode when I pulled up to a stop sign. It then returned to normal ride height above 30mph.

I have the rotary controller in the proper positions, my controller does have a mode button which I'm a bit hazy on understanding.

Right. That ends today's lecture. I do use a very good independent offroading Land Rover shop, and I'm sure they could probably solve the issue. But they do charge quite a bit. Does anybody out there have any experience with calibrating the Llams controller? Or can anybody answer my questions. I attached a pic of my beast for your viewing pleasure. Anyway, thanks for having me here. I live in Mechanicsville VA, I'm a Veterinary Surgeon, and a highly experienced off roader. This is my second LR3 and I also attached a pic of my HIGHLY modified 550hp Toyota Tundra. 0-60 in 4.2 sec, and I could spin out at 85 mph. Could drift it as well. The tire smoke was EPIC! I actually drove that Tundra at 100mph around Richmond International Raceway and was drifting it through the corners. The pace car in front of me wouldn't let me go over 100mph. Damn, I miss that Tundra! Anyway, just a bit about me, Again, thanks for having me here. Later!
