Ok
So everytime I fill the fuel tank it bubbles up and cuts off the automatic fuel filler nozzle. It takes me close to 20 mins of constant repressing the filler to get this thing full. I can hear the fuel bubbling up the intake pipe and try to hold the filler at a constant rate (very slow). Do Discos have vent tubes for the fuel tank. If so I think they might be clogged or pinched or something. I have tried all different types of fuel (Chevron, Argo, cheapo, Shell, you name it) and it does the same thing. Even found the old style pumps without the vapor catch do-hicky and still same thing. It just started doing this a month or so ago. Before that, perfect. Any ideas. I saw the notice about a fuel tank recall as this is a 97 Disco, LRNA said my truck does not have that recall. Probably one of those, out of 6 month production dates.
