No. Neither does starting fluid. Cranks well. Good pressure at the rail and you can hear the fuel pump engaging. Noid light shows the injectors firing. We get spark but it seems weak - its orangy and not the blue I get from my FJ40 with a dizzy. Coil is new MSD and he just put in a new ignition module which didn't fix the issue.
One thing has me stumped. There is a lead from the coil - terminal to the ECU with a resistor in it. That lead tells the ECU when to fire the injectors. Its working since the injectors are firing. However, the test says we should see 0V between battery + terminal and coil - terminal with ignition off. We see 12V which means that lead is getting us ground (via the ECU) with the ignition off. Should this be the case?
