Crazy Day. My morning started at 6am to the sound of Tornado sirens and a rain storm that could rival some of florida's finest. I knew Tuskegee would be flooded but i never expected it to be like this. Basically I drove to a small "bridge" known to flood over, at most before i had seen water 1' above the bridge....today, it was more than 3' over the bridge with a nearly 300yard wide floodplain. i pulled the rover to the edge, took some pics and waited for my buddies to show up. found some wolf tracks nearly 6" long next to the rover. tons of people came to see the raging creek, some guys actually brought pool rafts when the water started to calm down. we set up safety lines (i waded out to the middle to make sure they didnt go any farther than the line).

we also did some minor "wheeling" just drove through a flooded muddy logging trail with a 4runner, wrangler, and blazer. the last puddle was only 6" deep of water, somehow water sprayed my MAF and made it short causing my rover to stall momentarily. I pulled my air filter to dry it out, dryed the small droplets on the MAF, and cleaned my airbox. everything is all good with no issues. no biggie.

For the love of Pete. Either resize the pics or link up a photo album. It only takes a moment.

What is wrong with this place? We've gone from sweet shots of Rovers crossing some amazing obstacles to this:

Obama needs to go....
