Two parter...brake lining thickness and vent knobs

Does anyone know the thickness of brake shoe linings for 10" brakes? It's not in my military manual...maybe it's listed in the green bible...

Ever see replacement vent controls knobs for sale? Or fab up your own replacements? I shoulda never took those thangs off. :banghead:

i forget who it is but somebody has them. I used a replacement pot lid handle from the hardware store for one. it is still on there...

no idea on the brake lining but it looks to be about 3/16"
