Unknown noise

Hey when the engine is turned off I hear a noise from the engine bay like a hmm...hmm...hmm... Just wondering what it would be. :banghead:

Have you listened carefully where under the hood it's coming from? Like a faint electrical buzz? My ABS modulator has made a very faint buzz after the engine is off from time to time.

That is the most terrifying Rover diagnosis I have ever heard. Rover Tech says " I'm sorry sir but it appears you have the Crash Test Dummies". God only knows what it's gonna cost to fix that.
