I'm pretty sure it's a Disco. John talked with me the other day. At that point they thought the problem was with the LT230. Could be a 300TDi.

Yep, A DI. I found him an LT230 only an hour from the shop that was doing the repair. He is in the city right now and heading up to my place to stay for the night. Tomorrow we bring the truck to the shipping company and load it into a container. Then I drop him off at the airport tomorrow night. I'll get some pics of the truck tomorrow morning.

is this the guy from Portugal driving his 2 door 200tdi disco back to NY? Thought for sure it was the typical intermediate shaft on the LT230 that was puking 90W.
