Hi all, my '96 V8 GEMS has the fuel feed and return hoses running from the chassis over the exhaust and into the fuel rail. I imagine this is a common layout with the other V8 fuel systems. My question to the group is whether anyone has cut open the foil heat shield to inspect what lies beneath. There must be a set of rubber hoses in there, but I'll be darned if I can find them on any parts diagrams or vendors. This part has clearly never been replaced and it makes me nervous not knowing what's going on in there since any fuel that leaks out is headed directly for the manifold.
