Hey guys finally got the oil pan and oil pick-up gaskets to arrived so I am starting to reassmle the beast....however, one quick question. I did not remove the cam and lifters so when I go to install the push rods and valve rockers am I going to have to perform any valve adjustments like on the old chevrolet's..... I dont think so since it does not look like there is any way to make adjustments.... Just would like someone to clairify thanks in advance....... Matt

Make sure the oil passage way in the rockers and rocker tubes are clear of all sludge. I don't know what your main reasn for removing the valve rocker assembly, but this is a good time to make sure all oil passage in the valve train is clear.
