Very specific tire recommendation please

My 1998 disco has semi-retired from road use. I drive it on a farm, ground sometimes exhibits deep mud. I'd also like to be able to clear the brush in my woods and drive through there without getting a twig in my tire. The only time the rover will see the road is if roads get too snowy for my car. Might pull a trailer now and then. Probably 1% on road total.

Any ideas?

Just a thought here, if you aren't going to drive the truck that much, are there any used tire places around your area that may have something for less $$$? Just a thought.
