here is a pic of my winchester 54 chambered in 30GOV'T'06, wish they still marked them like that. it dates to 1926 & if you haven't figured it out yet, i like the vintage iron

yes its a weaver K2.5. i'll probly replace the weaver mounts & rings with echo QD side mounts since its already d&t'd for them, then replace the missing lyman 48 receiver sight.or i may just tig the holes for the side mounts closed then replace the weaver mounts with some tilden's for a more vintage look. i collect vintage scopes & mounts too.
