Yes, Ed, you did see the truck on CL. I tried to help the fucker get out of a bind he created on his own. After many hours listing to his whiny ass crying about what he should after destroy his motor last spring I agreed to help out but parting the truck. It was what he agreed to. I sold over $3000 in parts yesterday only to have him change his mind and want me to "hold out for the highest bidder.". This cry baby was emailing, texting and calling every few hours with a different story. I should part it, it's a mistake parting it, every contact was a drama story.
Look here on this board alone. I have an ad from two days ago parting the truck. Now he had it up for sale in one thread while looking for an engine in another. And they say women are fickle! He doesn't know what he wants, doesn't have a pot to piss in and I'm warning anyone who dares to deal with this guy, you're dealing with a spoiled child who can't make up his mind.

Would love to learn more about your gems motors for sale. Mileage and whether or not they were rebuilt. If something seems suitable payment in full is not an issue for me.
On the flip side if a buyer appeared and wanted to purchase my Land Rover for $4500 I would sell it right now. I hope that's ok and providing me with some information on your motors for sale is not too much to ask.
I am exploring both options at this time and will make the choice on which is better for me as more information on available motors and potential buyers comes to the surface. I hope that's ok in this forum.

Well....never rebuilt to my knowledge 147k on the clock runs well I bought the truck originally to rebuild but it had sat for a while and the interior smells like a mildew factory.

I just pulled a 100k 4.0 after driving it 1k miles home without a hiccup(transplanted a Tdi), $800, motor in Durham, NC.
