I've gotta Warn 12000 that needs to be rebuilt/rewired.
Basically I planned on completely overhauling this winch, turning down the drum on a lathe and making it a narrow version of the warn 12000. Needless to say other things and projects have me side tracked and I'm not sure when I'll get around to actually doing it.
This winch has been well used and in it's current configuration doesn't operate. Does not include remote.
Will need to have solenoids replaced/rewired, new frame braces (current ones are worn from steel cable and no fairlead).
With Warn's customer support, which has always been great in my experience, this is a great opportunity to get a good winch cheap so long as they aren't afraid of doing a little more work than a bolt on job.
