Washer fluid reservoir

I just topped off my washer fluid only to find a puddle on my garage floor. The reservoir seems to be behind the bumper?? Is this an easy to replace item? Does anybody know a good source for replacement? Any "productive" input is appreciated....

Not sure about the source for a new one. But I will tell you you can get it out by pulling the fog light bezel and sticking a long 1/4 extension and swivel socket thru to get a couple bolts securing it. We used to do a lot of them.
