Water drain?

Is there a way water is supposed to drain from here? Rained last night and there was about an inch of water in this area. Might explain water coming in from under my glove box.

It's supposed to go out a drain hole at the outboard side of that area and down inside the front fender to the ground. Sometimes a body seam behind the fender lets water into the cabin near the door hinges.

Yup, eventually a hole rusts through there and creates it's own drain.

You may check to see if you can detect water coming from around the fresh air intake some times you can develop a leak in that area
