Just to update the thread, I replaced the front calipers with the Defender ones, No difference at all. Im leaning back to square 1. Got a brake pressure test gauge and going to start at the master. I am kinda thinking its a problem with the master. Third one in there and i used a TRW this time too.

2 days covered in brake fluid and i have done a bunch of testing with minimum to no result. I pulled the master and re bench bled it at an angle, was just a thought that air might be trapped in the top. no better. 800 psi at each master cylinder output. Tested a parts car and got the same results verified pressure at each caliper as 800psi. Re adjusted the wilwood prop valve to be 100% biased to the front and that made a minimal improvement. Now i know the front brakes are working because i can feel the front dip under hard braking. (going to have to dial that back in a bit to get even stopping.) After a talk with wilwood and measuring piston size definelty could use a larger master cylinder but that would just change pedal feel not pressure and 800 should be really good. Last thing i am going to try is to replaced the dished rotors on the front.

dished rotors? Not sure what that means? Obviously if rotors are not as they should be, braking power will suffer.

Also, if you put D90 calipers on it, you'll need vented rotors. If you are using D1 rotors they will be too thin which may be the source of your issue.

it has vented rotors they just have a lip on the edges.
