I don't have the memory to recall the exact years but everything I've owned has been a used vehicle and I started driving in 1984.

1) Dodge Colt, (Standard and drove away from an impressive accident as did all the beer in the trunk that I was way too underage to have been in possesion of)

2) Plymouth Reliant K-car, (Two door, standard, bucket seats, brown. Horribly totalled by some guy running a red light, my first near-death experience)

3) Ford EXP, ( A Ford Escort two seater on speed. Bizarre looking car)

4) Volvo 240, ( pea soup green, horribly totalled by illegal immigrant running a red light, third near-death experience)

5) Audi 4000S, ( total POS, yet incredibly comfortable, fun to drive when it decided to run)

6) Ford Ranger X-Cab, ( changed from auto to standard when tranny blew. Replaced with a Mustang C-5 tranny, became the fastest Ranger in the world after that, scary fast.)

7) Ford F150 4x4, ( last of the straight sixes, god rest its soul)

8) 97 F150 4x4, ( served its mission admirably)

9) 97 Subaru Impreza, ( F150 was too big and impractical in the city, outstanding 4WD on that thing, awesome in the snow)

10) 03 Subaru Forester, ( needed more space and the need to feel like a lesbian, again, love the 4WD, would buy another Subaru in a heartbeat)

11) 03 Disco, ( Nirvana)

89 F-150 with the straight six, that was a damn fine engine... My buddy had a 1982 with the straight, lots of fun.
