Hi,
I have a 2004 Disco II that had a minor accident a while back. The body shop replaced the door but ever since, there is a buzz/rattle coming from the door panel. I finally got around to pulling the panel and securing it properly to stop the minor annoyance.
However, while the door was apart, I found this orange pair of wires that was not connected. I popped the drivers door mirror plastic to see what it was connected to. I found the same pair of wires, but they were attached deep inside the door. I tested all of the door functions: both speakers work, electric door lock, as well as mirror operations and heating. I'm assuming it's just a wiring harness that LR uses on both doors, but it's just no used on the passenger door?
Any thoughts on this?
