Has anyone ever removed the dash pad and not replaced it but painted the metal... Mine is so bad I don't think the kit would do any good Particularly around the radio and glove box. I realize the amount of work necessary to change the dash so I was wondering if anyone had ever seen the metal dash without the pad. are there holes? is it complete enough to finish it somehow?
