I am at wits end.

I was servicing my 2012 LR4 5.0 V8 transmission and while trying to remove the value body sleeve … it broke in two. This left one half on the floor and the other broken off FLUSH with the transmission body!! (Pics attached)

I can’t even begin to know how to get the remainder of the sleeve removed. I called British Atlantic for help (that is where i, but they said that they have never heard of this happening.
I am hoping (praying) that someone with much more experience has seen this before or has an idea that I can try.

Desperately hoping …

Admittedly, it has been a long time since I have replaced a connector sleeve. I therefore don't know how much room you have to work with.

Consider spreading some 90-degree long needle nose pliers as hard as you can in the sleeve while trying to rotate it out. Alternatively, you may be able to carefully use a long, small diameter pry bar like a chisel with a small hammer, hitting on the edge to rotate/turn the sleeve out.

Thanks for the reply. Not enough room and it has a plastic key way, so cannot rotate.
i did manage to get a pick and pull on one side and then the other to remove finally.
