I'm going to make a new expansion tank for my d2, my shock towers are in the way. I can't readily use the OEM style cap, so I'll be using a standard radiator cap. What psi cap should I get.

meh, i easily made a bracket to flip the bottle around P38 style. but outboarded the shocks so its back in the stock position.

They like to hide some of the stuff... instead of putting it in the cooling system section, they put it in the general specs at the front of the pdf.
What's awesome is that sometimes the general specs conflict with what is in the rest of the manual.

Yeah I did too but i like to weld. And I won't have to worry about the tank cracking.

just saying... i have seen professional welders get pinholes... get some seam sealer just incase.
I appreciate the help, it will be pressure tested hell I have he capability to X-ray the welds. In a former life I was a "professional" welder.
