plastic trim that fits in under the radio (when you install an aftermarket): $17 bucks at the dealer. Its only a piece of plastic about 6 inches long and about a 1/4 inch wide. Fits in your pocket better than 17 one dollar bills!

I got the manifold (new) from Will Tillery and gaskets/bolts from BP.

I think the dealers mark up the list price 100%.
I traded my 2003 HSE on a 2004 Escapes as the insurance was $75.00 a month cheaper.
Still have the 95 and get my parts from this guy.

If I had bought it new, I would certainly be leaning toward the angry owner crowd.

uh....you're already there, dude.

the simple fact is that you're a captive audience...you want it, they got it, you need to buy it.

No no Im not an angry owner, I love my truck, I bought the way I did because I did my research up front and I knew about most of this stuff. I'm just still occasionally shocked.

Oh hell, we're all angry owners at one point or another. We've all been standing there in the desert with a bottle of strong, cheap booze in one hand, lighting the saturated rag stuffed in the neck, staring at our Rovers with those glazed eyes and devilish grin....then we all invariably remove the rag, stomp it into the dust, swig from the bottle, get in and go home.
