Oh, it's pretty funny to read the yankees fan's statements in the post below.
It just goes to show that anything can happen in baseball. Sometimes its the guy who lead the league in strikeouts and gets paid jack who takes it to the yankees. Belhorn is the exact opposite of the yankees, and it's fitting that he helped defeat em. So thanks Belhorn...Go Sox!

the curse was that the red sox will never win a world series. they were in this situation in 86 also. we'll see if they actually break it. I am going to be no where near boston to find out what happens afterwards though if they do. someone is probably goign to die again unfortunatly if they do, jsut like someone did after the Pats won and like someone did after the sox won the ALCS. I jstu dont understand why that has to happen up here.

Ill let you know what happens im about 5 min from Fenway. Im sure it will be interesting. During the last 3 games of the ALCS Boston PD had about 35 Special Operations officers in the area and when they won that juped to about 120 in full riot gear, and that wasnt even that close to the fenway area.

Riot police were all over my campus, so everyone went to kenmore.
