Snapped a few pics of the bumper. Not completely installed. Right now it's only bolted to the rear crossmember and oem bumper mounts.

Main cuts have been made, but still needs just a bit of trimming to allow the bumper to fit.

what are you using to cut the fenders?

I used a jig saw with a fine blade. Measure a few times before you make the cut. I also used blue tape around the cut line.

I'm very curious about the sliders section that protect the quarters. How does it attach on the end closest to the wheels? I know it was said that it can support the weight of the truck. Can anyone post pics of the slider sections of the bumper both on the truck and before it's mounted?
Very interested in the mounts.

I'll have to double check the inner fender when I complete the install this coming weekend.

The pic with the green harness is the oem bumper bracket. The bumper mounts to the rear crossmember where the oem hitch is mounted, the oem bumper mounts and inner fender well. I'll post better pics next weekend.

Once you remove the factory sheet metal inner fender liners, you will see a metal lip that is stamped into the wheel well. The new inner fender liner that is welded to the end of the slder (1/4" thick) rests underneath this lip. You then drill 3 holes and through-bolt the plate. That way, not only are the 3 bolts supporting the end if the slider, but the top of the plate is resting against the stamped lip, preventing the slider from being pushed upwards.

I hope that made sense.

By the way, the group buy is over and all have been delivered. I can no longer honor the original group price (due to increased production costs), but I can offer a discount from the normal price for anyone that refers to this post.
