Whats wrong with my passenger window?

Just recently my front passenger window has been screwing up. Its going up or down very jerky but the glass seems to have no wobble left to right. Is this a common problem? The only thing I can think of is the roller for the guide broke like the back passenger was when I bought the thing. Any ideas?

I dont know what been going on lately, my rover has been going to hell. I have a check engine light, abs light, fog lights went out, loud humming from heater/weak heat, the jerky window, etc.

Sounds like the window regulator mechanism is failing. The plastic wheels in the scissors mechanism fracture and then things go bad really quickly. No easy fix, just get yourself a replacement regulator and swap the motor over onto it. Need to remove the door panel, but overall you could be done in 2 hours.

Hmm well I guess it must have just been a problem with it being cold outside. Last night it was cold when this was happening but I garaged the rover today for a few hours and the problem went away, something must have frozen up....
