Wheels and tired for 98 disco wanted to buy/borrow.

I was dumb and trusted a local auto mechanic. I asked for an estimate and he ripped my truck apart and fucked it up without me authorizing work. Long story short, he stole my wheels and tires and cut my brake line so I can't take the truck.
I need a really cheap set of wheels and tires to buy or preferably borrow so I can get my truck out of there and sue him. He keeps messing with my truck while its there so I need to get it out fast!!!! I'm looking for something local if possible, I do not have any cash left for shipping!

Put it in Neutral and winch it onto a flatbed on the brake rotors. It will roll fine.

I'm about to. None of the local scrap yards have this bolt pattern. Just 5x120's. That douche broke into my truck again last night...

Have you contacted the police? I'm not sure what they could or would do, but they might be able to accompany you to make sure things stay civil.
Can you pay him with a credit card, pick up the truck, and immediately dispute the charges?
