Which transfer case can exchange

I am thinking about a 95 Disco I - but it may have a bad xfer case.

I have a short string on a 93 Range Rover that is parting out and I may be able to get its xfer case.

Do they interchange?

How easy is it to swap xfer case? Can it be done with transmission still in truck?

ya, but the RRC has the borg warner with no CDL. (viscous center diff)

You would need the front drive shaft and the shift linkage and probably a few other parts I am trying to reverse the switch the other way

I have a 230 here you can have for $125 if you want it.
