Who do you recommend to buy head set?

Just finished removing the heads from my 01 DII and need to purchase head set and bolts. Who do you recommend buying from? Really don't want to have to do this again.

Also going to buy water pump, plugs and wires. What plugs do you recommend? Do I have everything listed that I need to buy?
