Who made this bumper? Any ideas?

I am just curious as to who made this bumper. Does anyone recognize it? I am lookjj in by for one with a swing away tire carrier that tucks in as close to the rear door as possible. I think I’d also like it to swing the same way as the door. Maybe even attached to the door like some Defender swing away carriers.

It's most likely a custom Tactical 4x4. You can tell by the quarter panel length, which sits right at the edge of the body flare (rear wheel). RTE, which makes a similar style, has their quarter panel plate extend just a bit over the flare.

That’s what I thought looking at the under bumper skid plate.
