Bounced back? I have been waiting for some word from him on a mirror that he sent me that doesn't work. Good price, but I expected it to work, so when it didn't I emailed. He emailed, I tested it, I then asked for some resolution, he offered to take it back and swap it for the working one on his own truck -- I refused, because that ain't cool to have to strip your own truck for your business -- and I just asked if he could give me a discount of some sort, since it isn't that big of a deal to have the driver's side mirror not motorized, but I did expect it to work when I bought it, but it's been about two weeks now and I have not heard anything.

Yep, I called but got his answering machine and left a message.

When I have called I always hear some old Depeche Mode playing in the background with what sounds like a screaming and "whipping" sounds...
