I would bet you can get glass super cheap from one of the parts guys on here, I'd just replace it as it breaks. I mean, it lasted 14 years...

Ive seen that corner / tail light section available on ebay.

That would get the driveway body shop treatment if it were my truck-acquire 'used' / salvage part, cut out old, rivet/spot weld in new, paint where needed.

air hammer/chisel would make quick work of it.

Yes made it through relatively easy other than that....


And google shows that the whole quarter panel bolts on and has some glue. Correct?

Correct about the 1/4 panel bolting on, check the body work section in rave.

you could skip spot welds and do rivets instead
