Windows not working...

I am finishing up the last of my D2 body swap. I have all the interior bits back together and everything is working as it should EXCEPT the windows. They will not roll down. When i push the switch I hear the relay behind the glovebox clicking. I have also checked all the fuses and everything looks fine. Any ideas what could be wrong?

As you know (or may not) this problem surfaced after doing a complete body swap. The issue ended up being a wire harness connector wasn't fully plugged in.
