Hi Everyone,
I'd like to get people's thoughts on my windscreen creaking problem. I had it replaced after it got cracked by a flicked-up stone. The new one was installed badly to begin with, but I had it taken out and re-installed properly. Now I get a horrible creaking noise from the top of the left A-pillar whenever the body flexes, i.e. front left wheel up while front right is down. I am about to take it back into Land Rover for them to have a look at, but my gut feeling is that on my 04 Disco, the windscreen is an integral part of the frame that keeps the roof section rigid, and if the windscreen is not installed correctly, or has come loose then I need to have the windscreen re-installed correctly - again!
Any thoughts.....
