Winter wiper

I'm trying to get some winter wipers and so far Ive been told i have to replace the whole arm. I have an 01' Disco that already has winter wipers, I just need new ones, and an 03' that still has the factory blades. Is it true I'll have to replace the arm or is there another option? If there is no other option, where is the best place to get a winter wiper kit?

I buy my winter wiper blades at NAPA..have for going on 30 years (even for my series). Depending on where you are, you may have to order them.
