Ive got to get my brakes and steering sorted out before I can do any wheeling. Its a safety issue...and I don't think any of you guys want my steel bumpers bouncing off of your trucks...
I'm shooting to go to Caney the weekend of the 9th! I think that I'm going to try to ride up Friday a.m. and camp 2 nights.

That is the plan. I am taking both of my kids and this will be our first camping trip (hopefully). Worse case I will be doing a day trip only.
Have only been there once. Hope to meet someone @ the Walmart or Fire Station. I still don't know who is a definate. Will follow Corey if he goes......
If this is next sat I will very likely be in the area in a Land Rover. I would love to go wheeling and certainlly be cool to catch up with some of the WNC guys.
I'm heading up Friday morning with Brandon. Amanda is coming up Friday evening after work and I will be heading down to Sylva to pick her up so if anyone needs guided Friday evening I'll be available.
I was just saying that I might try to get up there Friday night..... I will call if that is a go. Mike, what time is your wife planning on getting to Sylva? Brandon, you bringing the family? Are there going to be any kids there friday night?

Never been to wnc wheeling but would like to go. Have time off over the 4th also and would like to join in. Also if no one minds I will be keeping my 2 kids (9 and 15) over the 9th and if they wanted to go camping maybe we could make the trip next weekend.

I could for sure go if we made it next weekend, im a little skeptical about this weekend (needing new tires and possibly not being able to have them on there that soon). But I guess we will see what happens...Tree Trimmer said:
Hopefully I'll be able to get the ok from the mother of my three kids since it will be "mothers day weekend". Not real sure how thats gonna fly with the wife. I got the Rover all back together for now.
