After a 2 hr highway drive I stop at the end of the off ramp and it stalls.

No CEL. Starts right up but wants to die without keeping RPMs above 1500.

After it sits for 5 min it starts and idles as if nothing happened.

I figure it is a sensor (or sensor connection), but which one?

Try cleaning out the throttle body, also check the crank position sensor electrical connection you could have fused or melted wires to sensor will not give CEL.

Cleaning the IACV and throttle body seemed to have resolved the problem. Hope it stays that way.
