I'm looking for a 00-02 LR Disco in good shape with as low of milage as possible. Good enough to be a daily driver. Not realy interested in the 4.6 engines. Prefer the 4.0 (ask me why since I already have an 03) or a diesel conversion. Would consider an 03-04 with a diesel conversion. I'm in the north Texas area.

Off road upgrades ar ok.
CDL a ++
SE or SE7 a + but not a deal breaker.

I really didn't want to go with as old as I did but I REALLY want to stay away from the 4.6 because it is such a POS. I guess a 99 really doent make that much difference if its a D2.

What is your ball park price range for the rig? Do you want something as a large project or just a few things to tweak? I know of a couple here in San Antonio, but they are in the $6k-8k range. One SE7 with CDL and I believe the other is an SE with CDL.

Well I have an '00 SE7 with 125K that has no issues, it is Alveston Red Micatallic on Lightstone leather with 18" wheels and really nice Michelins on it, SLS, ACE, rear air, everything works, no leaks, no running problems at all, only faults would be the typical little dings a vehicle gets over the course of 10 years. It has a full set of genuine rubber floor mats, genuine cargo net, and even the factory toolkit. $7400

If you mean does the tcase have the CDL nipple on top, yes. I am located in Clayton, NC. I will try and find some more photos (or take some).

I had an 00-02 ARB on my '04 so I'm sure it would work the other way around also.

Sorry, didn't know I had PM on here.

Putting car buying on hold for a bit since I just sold my house and just bought another one. I must say though, NC is a little far to go for just a little test drive.
