If you are worried about the 3 amigos you probably don't need another box it may be the same as yours, find someone to update your box it should be about $150 and it tends to fix them at least for a while.

I also have one that I took off my 2000 4 yrs ago. Only has 77K miles on it and was working perfectley before I removed it for my axle swap.
