I'm looking for a rear shock mount, specifically passenger side. Snapped the stud trying to take the shock off.

Anyone local?

Well need both sides now,

I guess heating it, cooling it, heating it, cooling it and taking my time with it still doesn't work

damn that sucks!

Yeah nothing goes smoothly for me on this truck. I'd put money on probably breaking one of the bolts mounting the shock mount to the frame.

Dang Billy - I have those! Shoot up the Turnpike again or shipping would only take a day.

Nothing ever goes smoothly on a D1 or atleast on mine. Pretty much every thing I've done aside from the ARB has required additional parts/tools. Any of that stock stuff is what 12 years old? 12 Northeast winters worth of rust. I can't speak for D2's but it sounds like Ed is having a hell of a time with his hub.

the eagle has landed... :p

Two D1 rear shock mounts handed off to a caravan of friendly ladies with vintage campers along Route 30 in central PA. :)

Thanks to Dave I was able to get my lift finished today.

That camper is my other project haha. All kinds of wiring issues I need to fix for my mom. What are the chances they were in your area? Thanks for meeting up with them. Must have been a site to see that caravan.

It was awesome. Sounds like those ladies have fun! I loved the campers with the paintings and all. They must be a hoot!

Sorry I will not be able to see the lift next weekend. Family vacation starts on Saturday so I will have to wait until the next event. I need a date so I can set a goal to get my truck ready. I got all the goodies off my parts truck, now I have to get the stuff on my truck - lift, rack. ladder, drive shafts, exhaust, steering damper, ... Plus I am picking up a Rovertym bumper and sliders.
