Too bad, I have a number of steel wheels from DI's. Some are as good as new. The problem is they weigh a ton and would cost more to ship than they're worth to ship from CT.

Paul, may not be as expensive as you think. I got a quote for shipping five series wheels from Virginia to Denver of around $150 through fastenal. A new set of after market wheels run $100 each plus shipping.

I've been watching Denver CL for a set of rims for my snow tires and I remember seeing a set steel rims on there recently.

Yeah, I thought I had seen a set on Denver or the Springs CL too, but now I can't find it. I can piece together a set, but that means hit and miss at the junk yard and before I know it I've got more time tied up in them than they're worth.
