no idea...the roller has the holes in the middle...my bumper plate has them slightly offset from the bottom.

Anthony,

When my snorkle arrived from ARB, the template needed for install wasn 't included in the box.

ARB overnighted the template to my dealership, and it didn't match up.

Thankfully, my tech had installed 2 other snorkles, so he noticed it wasn't right was able to make the necessary corrections before cutting into my truck.

If I were you, I'd be feeling disappointed.

Hope you get it all worked out, Jamie :)

Is there a differnt hole pattern for roller fairleads and regular fairleads?

I seem to recall seeing a website somewhere that had very detailed instructions and diagrams for all 4x4 bumpers and winch installations. Maybe it was 4x4connection?

ARB requires an offset hole on the fairlead mount... only a few fairleads have those offset holes. OKOffroad supplied the one I used when I had my ARB. *resisting urge to flame ARB*

'Hope it didn't sound like I was flaming ARB. They're customer care and service has been fantastic. I think my stuff was just a shipping snafu :)
After reading your post, I will never buy anything from ARB again. ;)

YOU weren't flaming ARB, but I can easily be led to do it- Watching that bumper rotate back into my hood while winching made me kinda bitter.

Then I'd consider you a fool. While their products may not be the strongest or the best at everything, their service is phenomenal. I highly doubt this situation won't be rectified immediately. I called with a question on a 5 year old rear bumper, they were all in meetings. They returned the call promptly, I was out, They called 3 more times before they reached me. All for a question on a product they though they sold years ago. It ended up not even being their bumper. That incident was the olnly reason I bought their front bumper. I wish I had not, as it took forever and some dynamite to get the X10 in it, but it's in there and that's that.
I can't even get most vendors to call back to sell me something.

well....im pretty annoyed! they are both used units...so i dont know what calling arb would do. the delimma now is....drill holes in the bumper or the fairlead?? the way this thing is set up...the winch mounts sideways bolted to the front of the bumper with the top of the winch facing rear of the vehicle(behind the front...hidden) then the fairlead bolts on the same plate that the winch bolts to, right in front of the winch mounts (or winch bottom).

so...if i drill holes for the fairlead (through the bumper) then there will be a clearance issue for the bolt heads and the bottom of the winch (not a lot of space to play with). if i drill holes in the fairlead...i will be sharing the lower winch mount bolts with the fairlead, making finding the right sized bolts even more damn difficult and offsetting the integrity of the fairlead and mounting plate...how f$#*ing retarded is that crap?? there has to be a fairlead that is designed for this bumper...any ideas besides buying a different set up (bumper/winch)?
