Good luck with your search! I have an XD and had to do the same, they are rare, but occasionally pop up.

I'd love to see your truck, I'm always curious to see how many are still around.

had it for about a month now. was poorly maintained and completely covered is stickers when I bought it. has 122k. been replacing ball joints, u-joints, fluids filters, plugs, wires, etc. came from Minnesota from a gentleman who referred to himself as 'baja bill". bill sold the vehicle in 2008 due to a divorce(which he said was due to the time he spent with the truck). an asswipe name george purchased the vehicle from bill. george punished the vehicle off road at OHV parks in Pennsylvania where he lives. george did no maintenance to the vehicle. George threw out the carpet, screwed diamond plate into the floor, sold the black wheels and installed silver wheels from a '96. the truck hadn't been driven more than 100 miles in the past year. the motor surprisingly has good compression. having never been used on road, the truck has very little rust. the bases of all the pillars are free from rust which I couldn't believe. the rear door sills are also good as new. so I'm bringing it back to stock+ a few minor upgrades. have 3" Rovertyme springs, terrafirma 2"drop towers and mounts with dislocation cones, proline rear trailing arms, and terrafirma panhard rods. I've put on a set of the new emu shocks and stabilizer since bringing it back. this is the 10th d1 I've owned. I love it.

I've seen pics of the truck in "stickered-up" form. You've done it a HUGE favor! It looks so much nicer in stock form. Looks like mine, except yours has a few more upgrades. Mine is a very slow (read: small budget) restoration.
