hey disco buddies I just got an xm radi skyfi unit and i am wondering if anyone else has it and where the mounted the receiver at, and how they ran the antennae wires. Pics would be great if anyones got them. thanks

i have sirrius in my disco, its all the same. i put the display on the console right behind the hi/lo shifter, essentially covering up the little instructions they give you on how to shift. i dont have a pic but if you don't understand i can take one. the antennae is mounted on the roof right at the edge above the center of the windshield (looks cool too). again i can send a pic if you need it. the wires can easily be run under the weather stripping and down the side of the windshield. it was prof. done, but the wire then runs into the cab behind the dash. (there is some kind of hole their already or they made one. then from there the wires can easily run behind the dash to the receiver. my sirrius is older so it has a receiver behind the panel under the steering column, but with sky fi you can skip that obviously. by the way, good choice with the sky fi, i have it in the boom box for my house, like it better than sirrius. hope this helps.
