Y Pipe '90-UP RRC

I have NRP exhaust but my Y pipe is shot. Where is the best place to buy one of these from?

Some prices I have found are:

DAP in Vermont= $595 for all stainless steel Y-Pipe
Atlantic British= $799 for all stainless steel Y-Pipe
Rovers North= $1336!!!!!!

So, These are all obviously really expensive. Are there any other options? This is probably a really dumb question, but how illegal is it to have no catalytic converters?

Would an exhaust shop be able to make something cheaper than the alternatives above?

Any advice or help would be appreciated...Thanks!

It is definitely illegal to run no cats on a street driven vehicle, however thats not to say that no one does it. It all depends on what emissions you have in your part of the country.

These guys quoted me $450 + 50 shipping for the Y Pipe on my 93 RRC LWB.
Best price I've found so far.

Just make sure you call them, they don't have any specific RRC parts on ebay. (that I found).
