I have a 88RRC and I am thinking about trading it for a '99 or newer series 2 Disco. I have done a good amount of work myself on my rangie, head gaskets, shocks, springs, heater core, radiator, etc. So I am not afraid of taking it apart. I plan on doing the maintience on the disco. Question, is there anything on these model year discos I should look out for or avoid? I like the option of the adjustable rear air springs, but do these have problems like those associated with the RRovers? Problematic and expensive to repair. One reason I want a new rig is I want to spend more time in it than under it! |
